Our Story

With a legacy of 30 years, we are first and foremost, a Family-owned Business. We first began manufacturing Enclosures in Mild Steel and Stainless Steel in 1990 in Satara, India. We take pride in having built familial bonds with all our stakeholders over the years. Bartakke Electrofab Pvt. Ltd is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. All our Enclosures conform to CE certification under 2006/42/EC Machinery Directives.

Sustainability

2016 marked a crucial year for Bartakke, when we made a significant stride towards reducing our carbon emissions and embracing renewable energy. We installed a 80 KW Solar Power generation plant in our fabrication facility. Solar Power Generation System installed at Bartakke is an Off Grid system or Stand Alone Power System (SAPS) i.e, the system is entirely self-sufficient and does not rely on external electrical infrastructure provided by the government or private companies. By installing 80 KW Solar Power Generation System, we have saved 3200 tonnes of carbon emissions in the entire lifespan i.e, 25 years, of the system.

We have installed Henkel's Patented Autophoretic 930 Dip-priming plant to deliver enhanced corrosion resistance performance. Autophoretic 930 coating is Henkel's fifth generation autodeposition coating technology. It has unlimited throwing power, and excellent corrosion and scratch resistance. This process is also environmentally sustainable, containing no heavy metals and very few volatile organic compounds or VOCs (0.25 lbs./gal). Any wastewater resulting from this process can be treated and disposed of in an environmentally-friendly way. Autophoretic 930 coating has achieved 1000 hours performance on Neutral Salt Spray (NSS) testing. Refer to the technical data sheet below for more information.

At Bartakke, we understand and appreciate the requirement to conserve water for future generations. We have installed an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) with an intention of recycling the water generated from our manufacturing facilities. Clean water that is collected from the ETP plant is re-used in the company for gardening and toilet flushing purposes
