1. Basic cabinet frame made of 3mm thick specially folded section. The frame so formed contains corner pieces into which lifting hooks are directly screwed. Weight of cabinet and components mounted is directly carried by the hooks.
2. Cabinets can be joined to each other easily by joining hardware, which fits into standard holes provided.
3. Partitions can be provided between cabinets for mechanical isolation. Back door can also be provided.
4. Filler trays can be provided between ‘C’ plates to provide an unbroken surface for component mounting.
5. Front access by hinged door and back access by screwed back cover.
6. All doors provided with support pipes on the inside to add to the strength of doors. Also provided are facilities for fixing accessories such as cable support angles, drawing pocket etc. Specially designed hinges allow door opening up to 130 deg.
7. Component mounting plate (‘C’ plate) can be provided (3mm/2mm thick). ‘C’ plate provided with 4 vertical and 2 horizontal bends for high strength and rigidity. Mounted on 4 screws, easily adjustable to any depth in 25mm pitch.
8. Multiple cable gland trays provided at bottom, easily adjustable & clamped for ease of removal.
9. Indexing angles provided on both sides of cabinet for mounting equipment on sides as well. Standard ‘C’ plates, channels, angles available.
10. Design suitable to accommodate standard accessories like drawing pockets, side plates, angles, small ‘C’ plates, acrylic doors, partial doors etc.
11. Special 19” DIN standard angles can be provided for mounting of 19” subrack of any size.
12. Cabinets supplied as plain without cutouts, drills etc. on doors or ‘C’ plates. These can also be provided if required at extra cost.
13. Standard sizes provide benefits of price and deliveries. However, cabinets as per sizes to specific needs can be supplied.
