BONDERITE®

At Bartakke, we have installed Henkel's patented BONDERITE® Pre-treatment Coating Solution plant. BONDERITE® delivers enhanced corrosion performance of 1000 Hours Neutral Salt Spray (NSS) on ferrous components.

This pre-treatment process is generates no Heavy metals and Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs). The generation of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) is also greatly reduced making this process RoHS, ELV and WEEE complaint.

BONDERITE® uses the method of Auto-deposition to apply a layer of anti-corrosive paint to the metal using a self-limiting chemical reaction. This process uniformly coats the inside, outside and edges of even the most complex structures.
